A new home with responsibility
At the foot of the Velebit Mountains, a place is taking shape where agriculture, horses, nature and community come together – calm, genuine and deeply respectful of Bruvno’s landscape.
We are Sandra and Thomas. In Bruvno, we do not simply want to live; we want to arrive, contribute and become a lasting part of the community. Grey Rock Ranch combines our many years of experience with horses, sustainable farming and small-scale nature tourism.

Open space, wilderness and deep tranquillity
Bruvno lies in Lika at the foot of the Velebit Mountains. Open meadows, karst stone, forests and a vast sky shape this special place.

Horses are part of our lives
Sandra has more than 40 years of experience with horses. Together, we want to give our horses a natural home in Bruvno with movement, peace and generous pasture.

A small number of timber cabins and weatherproof nature tents are planned. A peaceful retreat for hikers, riders, nature watchers and people wishing to experience authentic Croatia.
